Our Network Exposed..

Our professional network of qualified contractors was built by Mr. Oliver and his management team over his 20+ years in the roofing industry. Mr Oliver worked with many different contractors and now has a collection of qualified contractors that make up “OUR NETWORK”.

These contractors are the ones that are serious about doing more than just “another job.” They earned their way into our network by executing there quality of work time and time again. This network is comprised of multiple major independently owned roofing and construction companies that consist of over 20,000 employees and industry leaders that are serious about building real relationships. These companies generate millions of dollars annually and are built on the principles of quality work in a timely fashion.

The bonding capabilities of some of our roofing contractors in our network exceeds 25 million dollars. One being the largest roofing contractor in the country. They are all licensed and fully insured with liability and workers comp insurance. Most have completed employee screening and are member of Compliance Depot. DOUG OLIVER DEVELOPMENTs philosophy and ability is to put our network contractors where the work is no matter how much or how far. We have the right contractor close to you.

What We Do
We connect selective contractors, with home and business owners (we start the relationships). There are a lot of good contractors in our network but some may not be the right fit for certain roofs for one reason or another. For example, the contractor that DOUG OLIVER DEVELOPMENT contracted to install the roof on Orange County Solid Waste facility, would not be a cost effective selection to install a shingle roof on a home; and our shingle roofing contractors would not be able to conduct large commercial projects effectively.

There are different insurance requirements for commercial work and residential properties, thus affecting the owner’s bottom line COST, not to mention the work is not the same, nor the skills. For example, you would not want a shingle installer to try to install a metal roof. This is where we come in, DOUG OLIVER DEVELOPMENT is changing the way quality contractors connect to owners and the way owners find their next contractor.

Also, several times a year we host networking events, for our network contractors and owners, and all the movers and shakers of Central Florida. (Ok, so the Networking Events might be what most owners know us for). The important thing in all of this is that we are building relationships that build successful projects, for both the owners and our network contractors.

What We Don’t Do
Successful networking comes down to relationships, not “links.” As a result DOUG OLIVER DEVELOPMENT does not simply collect business cards to stack on our desks. We also do not link to others on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter for the sake of having a large number of contacts or friends. We know that the internet is only one of many networking tools but nothing beats kissing the babies and shaking hands of all your new and existing clients. That is face time networking, and that is what DOUG OLIVER DEVELOPMENT, is all about.
