Flat Roofing

There are two main roofing options when re-roofing a commercial or industrial facility

Modified Roofing System

SBS Modifies is the most popular roofing system on the market today. SBS gives the bitumen rubber-like characteristics and improved resistance to aging and weathering.

Most SBS-modified bitumen sheets are either set in hot mopping asphalt, torch-applied or adhered with cold-process adhesives. SBS-modified bitumen sheets have a factory applied granule surfacing for ultraviolet protection.

These System require superior detail and metal work and are warranted for 20 years when complete.

Roofs don’t last forever, eventually the time will come when a new roofing system will be necessary. We specialize in properly installing a new commercial roof with minimal disturbance to your current operations.

Our with the manufacturers and suppliers along with our trained, experienced contractors makes us a safe bet for the longevity of your new roof.
