OVER THE PAST 20+ YEARS, Mr. Oliver has estimated, contracted, managed and been involved with over $250 million worth of roofing projects.
These projects consist of anything from the $5,000 shingle roof on his neighbor’s house to the $32 million roof on ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (OIA).
Mr. Oliver started Doug Oliver Development for the purpose of providing contracted sales through an exclusive network of certified contractors. He has an unmatched skill for identifying with his clients and customers. He is known for his strong relationships with internal and external county and government clients, school systems, hospitals, and colleges within the tri-county area.
Mr. Oliver offers this commercial engineered experience to the residential homeowner or small business owner thus designing and creating a roofing system that will not only perform for them but be affordable.
He believes HONESTY AND INTEGRITY are the basis for his success. Mr Oliver has lived in Orlando since 1992. He is active in his neighborhood Homeowners Association, and he is an avid cyclist in the local community.
